RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Metrotalk. We will accept return requests for products that are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Metrotalk reserves the right to reject any return if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.

Return Conditions

  • Standard Products: Return requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Speaker Mics and Ear Accessories: Return requests for these items will not be accepted unless the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA). Such return requests must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.
  • Software: All software sales are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for software.

Return Process

1. Request an RMA number:

  • Provide the following information:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Phone

    • Reason for Return

    • Date of Purchase

    • Unit/s serial number/s

  1. Return Instructions:
  • Upon receiving your RMA number, send the product(s) to:

  • Mark the outside of the package with the RMA number.
  • Include a copy of the original purchase invoice and credit card purchase receipt inside the package.
3. Shipping and Fees:
  • We will email you a PDF of a return shipping label. Print it out and affix it to your package.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Refund

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will review your request and inspect the product.
  • We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the product and notify you if the return is approved.
  • If approved, the amount paid for the product minus the return shipping cost and minus the 10% restocking fee will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 days.
